We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll take an active part in the recruitment process from sourcing to scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What will you do at SuperPlay?
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from initial intake through offer stage.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, align on ideal candidate profiles, and share relevant market insights.
Actively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing channels.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Develop and nurture strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
Who are you?
1–3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Sourcer– must.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools ( LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Passion for technology, people, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with Comeet – an advantage).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
