Content Creation Assistant Intern - Data Office

As a Content Creation Assistant Intern at Ubisoft Montreal, you will support the development, editing, and distribution of educational content for the Ubisoft Data Office Data Academy. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation , digital communication , and digital learning while helping Ubisoft employees build their data literacy and related skills.

What you’ll do Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and accurate educational materials Draft, edit, and proofread content for courses, blog posts, and newsletters Design visual assets such as infographics, presentation slides, and short-form and long-form videos Schedule and publish content across various platforms under supervision Conduct research to support content development Contribute creative ideas for new content formats and topics during brainstorming sessions Track content performance and prepare simple reports as needed What you bring to the team Pursue or have recently completed studies in communications, education, data science, marketing, or a related field Communicate clearly in writing and conversation Use content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Miro, Figma, and generative artificial intelligence Demonstrate an interest in data and education Manage your work effectively while contributing as part of a team Apply attention to detail and organizational skills Bring experience with digital learning authoring tools such as Rise or TeachUp as an asset What to send our way Your CV highlighting relevant skills and experiences Examples of relevant content, visual assets, or educational projects About the Ubisoft Data Office and the UDO Data Academy At Ubisoft, data is a strategic asset, and the Ubisoft Data Office is at the heart of this transformation.
