As a Data Developer Trainee that will join the Corporate Domain, one of the first missions will be to become familiar with the existing ETL solutions covering the Corporate domains like HR and IT sub-domains.

The objectives are to ensure the solution’s correct functioning, identify ways to support improvements under the guidance of experienced team members according to needs while always focusing on data value and quality.

Also, you will participate in other team projects while expanding your knowledge and skills.

This solution is part of a platform, currently relying on the following technologies: Snowflake and Databricks for Data Warehousing GitLab versioning and a custom, internal ETL framework Power BI as official analytics platform What you'll do: Deepen knowledge on Data warehouse techniques and practices by receiving onboarding and guidance from experienced colleagues Learn the team’s development standards, deployment process, and documentation practices Develop and maintain SQL ETL jobs and related data warehouse models, objects, and supporting systems using internal frameworks Test implemented solutions and analyze potential data quality issues to determine the root cause Create and maintain clear technical documentation based on existing models for assigned developments Actively participate in team ceremonies with contributing ideas and constructive input to support team collaboration and continuous improvement Collaborate with IT and business partners and learn to communicate data solutions and best practices clearly.   What you'll bring as technical skills Basic understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts on any major RDBMS (e.g.: SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Teradata, etc.) Strong grasp of foundational SQL code knowledge Relevant studies or self-paced practical learning in computer science, data, engineering, or a related field Nice to have Basic experience with data orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Dagster, etc.) Basic experience with Python for file/data manipulation Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling using Entity Relationship Diagram methodology (Erwin, Idera, etc.) Contact with data engineering, source code management and DevOps (GitLab, GitHub, etc.) is a plus Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI, etc.)   What you'll bring as soft skills Creativity Effective communication skills Ability to organize assigned tasks, manage priorities, and communicate progress Quality and results orientation Collaborative team player, able to give feedback and build based on constructive criticism Willingness to collaborate with senior developers and openness to engage with non-technical stakeholders What do we offer benefits wise?   Meal tickets with value of 30 ron/day Access to private medical system and special subscription rates for family members On site medical support World Class subscription Comprehensive wellbeing program (including physical fitness, mental health, financial education and internal communities) Life insurance Ubisoft bikes, free rental Parking spaces for cars, bikes, motorbikes   Video games and consoles to borrow Access to Ubisoft games via own Uplay account Bookster (borrow books for free, delivered at home or in the office)   Free fruits and coffee in the office Studio offered free days, confirmed on an annual basis for different events Study leave Christmas/ Easter celebration with a special gift Partners’ discounts
