Apply on Ubisoft (HQ)’s site →Ubisoft is seeking its Senior Manager strategic payment and distribution partnership, mobile business development to lead the expansion of alternative monetization and distribution ecosystem across mobile games.  Reporting into the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development organization, this role will lead and execute Ubisoft's strategy for third-party payments (3PP), alternative app distribution channels, business amplification partnerships, and emerging monetization opportunities.  The position is critical to achieving our strategic objective of scaling the business +150% within the next three years, while ensuring Ubisoft remains at the forefront of evolving app store regulations, payment innovation, and alternative distribution models.  The successful candidate will combine business development expertise, partnership leadership, and cross-functional influence to drive measurable commercial impact across Ubisoft's mobile portfolio.
  Key Responsibilities   Alternative payments strategy:    Identify and prioritize high-growth monetization opportunities resulting from evolving app store policies and legal regulations.  Develop business cases and revenue forecasts supporting the growth target.  Expand Ubisoft's 3PP ecosystem across new use cases, games, and platforms.  Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive initiatives to identify new sources of incremental revenue.  Deliver incremental revenue growth and measurable progress toward +150% revenue in the next 3 years.    Deal execution:    Lead the full lifecycle of strategic deals, from sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, implementation, and performance tracking.  Close and launch strategic deals on time, with revenue delivery aligned with forecast. Maximize adoption by leveraging product and marketing synergies.    Internal leadership:   Drive adoption of proven recommendations and scalable practices across game teams in line with product specs and audience behavior.   Demonstrate sustained business incrementality, efficient time-to-market, and strong executive stakeholder confidence.  Manage an intern in charge of deal management, analysis and market monitoring    Strategic partnerships:   Build and activate a high-impact partner portfolio that generates incremental revenue.  Own partner business reviews and long-term growth plans and refresh business conditions based on Market evolution.    Distribution expansion:   Scale adoption of priority alternative channels across the mobile portfolio, increasing revenue and player acquisition.  Experience  8+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, or related field.  Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.  Demonstrated success growing revenue-generating business lines.  Experience managing commercial negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.    Skills & Expertise  Fluent English, written and spoken.  Strong understanding of free-to-play business models and mobile game monetization.  Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.  Strong analytical and business acumen.  Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.  Experience operating in highly cross-functional environments.  Strong communication and presentation skills.
  Preferred Qualifications  Strong familiarity with the mobile gaming ecosystem.  Experience with app stores, payment systems, web shops, or alternative distribution models.  Experience in Product Management or Product Strategy.  Knowledge of digital commerce regulations and platform policies.  Experience working with live-service or F2P gaming products.  💰 Profit Sharing, yearly company saving plan. 25 paid time off + 12 additional paid days off. 50% of your transportation pass is paid by the company, lunch vouchers (9€/day), healthcare for you and your family, and lots of Ubisoft additional perks.
