We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the team and help us build robust, reliable data foundations that power smarter decisions across the studio.  You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, bringing a strong engineering mindset and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.  What You'll Do  Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines by ingesting and transforming data from multiple sources, systems, and formats.  Deploy data products into production environments, applying best practices for monitoring, integration testing, and release management.  Guarantee data quality and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation across all data products.  Provide technical support and expertise to both technical and business teams, acting as a reliable point of contact for data-related challenges.  Collaborate with business and IT teams to define use cases, refine requirements, and design scalable data pipeline solutions.  Contribute to code reviews, testing, and the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.  Propose new ideas and innovative approaches to drive the evolution of our data engineering practices.  What You'll Bring  Experience & Knowledge  Solid hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on data integration, modeling, optimization, and quality management within an Agile environment.  A good understanding of game-specific elements (PvP, PvE, co-op) and monetization mechanisms (season pass, vanity items, soft currency, etc.) is a plus.  Technical Skills  Proficiency in SQL and Python  Experience with ETL/ELT orchestration tools such as Airflow or equivalent  Knowledge of Power BI  Hands-on experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks  Familiarity with Data Observability practices and tools  Version control with Git  Interpersonal Skills  Clear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailored to the audience.  Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of service and ownership.  Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive — comfortable driving work forward and seeking support when needed.  What do we offer benefits wise?   Meal tickets with value of 30 ron/day Access to private medical system and special subscription rates for family members On site medical support World Class subscription Comprehensive wellbeing program (including physical fitness, mental health, financial education and internal communities) Life insurance Ubisoft bikes, free rental Parking spaces for cars, bikes, motorbikes   Video games and consoles to borrow Access to Ubisoft games via own Uplay account Bookster (borrow books for free, delivered at home or in the office)   Free fruits and coffee in the office Studio offered free days, confirmed on an annual basis for different events Study leave Christmas/ Easter celebration with a special gift Partners’ discounts
