As a Principal Data Analyst at Behaviour, you will play a strategic role in advancing the company’s data maturity by designing and driving advanced analytical solutions that support the production, growth, and long‑term success of the game.

Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will shape the long‑term data strategy, deliver visionary and actionable insights, and influence major product and business decisions. You will lead by example by mentoring other analysts and setting standards for analytical excellence across projects while tackling the most complex challenges with innovative approaches. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including fellow data analysts and production partners, you will help foster a more data‑oriented culture and enable the studio to achieve ambitious business objectives.

En tant qu’Analyste de données principal·e chez Behaviour, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l’évolution de la maturité data de l’entreprise en concevant et en pilotant des solutions analytiques avancées qui soutiennent la production, la croissance et le succès à long terme du jeu.

En vous appuyant sur votre expertise technique approfondie, vous contribuerez à définir la stratégie data à long terme, à fournir des insights visionnaires et actionnables, et à influencer des décisions majeures tant sur le plan produit que business. Vous incarnerez un rôle de référence en accompagnant les analystes, en établissant des standards d’excellence analytique à travers les projets et en abordant les enjeux les plus complexes avec des approches innovantes. En étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, incluant les analystes de données et les partenaires de production, vous participerez à l’instauration d’une culture davantage orientée données et contribuerez à l’atteinte des objectifs ambitieux du studio.
