WORK DESCRIPTION Overall general affairs duties Maintaining, arranging, and managing office equipment and supplies Employee welfare services, such as arranging and operating company events, etc.

Employee relations (including temporary staff) Handling telephone calls, e-mails, letters, packages, and external visitors Document management, etc.
