As a member of the Communication Support Team, you will be working to provide a linguistic bridge between English and Japanese speakers. Your work will involve interpretation and translation, in addition to various tasks pivotal in promoting further globalization within the creative studio.

WORK DESCRIPTION Interpretation and translation in English and Japanese Examples: ・Interpretation of internal meetings, meetings with overseas partners, etc. (Done either consecutively/simultaneously via in-person or remotely within the office) ・Providing communication support to staff who cannot speak Japanese or English ・Translation of internal announcements, manuals, etc.

Assisting staff relocating from overseas to Japan …etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING Work experience of three (3) or more years as a translator, interpreter and/or similar positions Native-level proficiency in Japanese and/or English Possess effective communication skills Experience in performing simultaneous interpretation PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED Likes video games and/or interested in how games are made Previous work experience in gaming, IT or entertainment industries Previous experience in "bridging" roles Familiar with DEI and internationally-minded initiatives Workplace experience in multitasking Experience in providing relocation support to people newly arriving in Japan HOW TO APPLY Click on the “Apply” button on this page and submit the required documents.
