WORK DESCRIPTION Localizing tasks (script writing, voice recording, QA) for international versions, as well as related tasks such as scheduling, progress management, and asset management of files and scripts Communication and interpretation with overseas staff and partner companies Other general administrative work required within the production studio REQUIREMENTS Native language skills in Japanese and English Ability to do creative translation tasks from Japanese to English and/or English to Japanese Someone with confidence in their communication skills Someone who understands the industry and game development PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with game localization Experience doing creative translation work Previous work experience in the gaming industry Ability to manage assets Must not have trouble coming to the office and be able to work hybrid or in the office.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS Japanese CV (Rirekisho with photo) ※if available CV Screening Assignment: Pick a recent game, video work, manga, or novel you found most interesting, and state the titles and briefly explain your reasonings.

[EMPLOYMENT STATUS] Contract employee (promotion to Permanent Employee is possible).

[LOCATION] Minato-ku Tokyo Japan (Nearest train station: Shinagawa station).

[WORK HOURS] 10:00 ｰ 18:45 or Discretionary Labor System Standard work hour starts at 10:00 am. Exact work hours are left to individual discretion.

[SALARY] Annual salary, performance incentive system in place We will take into consideration your past experiences and abilities and match them to our company regulations.
