We are looking for a Manager, Client Partnerships, to lead a team of Client Partners supporting clients across Western Europe. In this role, you will lead and develop a team responsible for building strong client relationships, driving effective client communication, and supporting business growth across Unity’s solutions.

You will coach team members, support account strategy, and help ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience. You will partner closely with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to improve client engagement, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships.This role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results through others.

What you ll be doing Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners to grow client relationships, strengthen commercial impact, and hit account goals.

Oversee a portfolio of strategic clients, focused on revenue growth, retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success.

Partner with Client Partners on account strategy, growth opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell across Unity s solutions.

Build and maintain team operating mechanisms - account planning and prioritisation, forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and performance tracking.

Serve as an escalation point for client issues, removing roadblocks and driving timely resolution with internal teams.

Support onboarding, development, and performance skills, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Partner with leadership on team priorities, commercial planning, and ways to elevate the Client Partner function.

What we re looking for 7 years of experience across mobile gaming, AdTech, or digital advertising, with hands-on knowledge of user acquisition growth strategies, monetisation optimisation, mediation, and LTV-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to connect client needs, product value, and commercial opportunities across a portfolio of accounts.

Demonstrated success as a trusted manager, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable client and business impact.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and guide a team of Client Partners toward revenue, retention, and client success goals.

Ability to balance customer growth, team development, and operational effectiveness.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients and internal cross-functional partners.

Comfortable with forecasting, business planning, prioritisation, and driving a team against revenue and retention goals.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

You might also have Experience contributing to regional go-to-market strategy or market initiatives.

Understanding of the mobile gaming publisher landscape across EMEA.

Interest in building scalable processes and growing teams in international environments.

Comfort operating in international, multi-market environments, with cultural fluency across Western Europe, Turkey, and/or emerging markets.

Base Salary Range: £92,900 - £139,400 GBP gross This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
