As a Senior Client Partner within Unity Grow Go-to-Market organization , you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic existing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and help them achieve their goals through Unity’s products, platforms, and expertise. You will define long-term partnership strategies, identify opportunities to increase client value and product adoption, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. You will also represent the voice of the client internally, helping influence Unity’s product and Go-to-Market priorities.
What you ll be doing Own the overall health, retention, growth, and long-term value of strategic client partnerships.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and develop account strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
Use performance data, market trends, and competitive insights to improve clients’ monetization and user acquisition outcomes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Go-to-Market, Product, Technical, Operations, and Support teams.
What we re looking for Significant experience (5 years ) managing and growing complex, high-value client relationships within a Go-to-Market, strategic partnerships, or account management function.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate client needs and performance data into actionable growth strategies.
Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence teams without direct authority.
Independently own complex, high-impact partnerships and engage confidently with senior client executives.
You might also have Experience leading executive business reviews and strategic planning for clients Experience using client and market insights to influence product or Go-to-Market planning Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position.

Gross pay annually: Zone A - ¥269,600 - ¥479,200 CNY This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
