The Role Front of House Administrator (Fully Onsite) This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual looking to work in a unique AAA game development environment. As the first point of contact for employees, candidates, visitors, and external partners, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sofia studio.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment alongside some of the very best talents in the games industry. You will be part of the Studio Support Team, and will collaborate closely with the HR team, senior leaders, and employees across the business, helping to ensure our studio runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What you’ll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you will: Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Managing the reception area, answering incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Coordinating meeting room bookings, visitor access, parking arrangements, catering, and non-disclosure agreements where required.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, courier deliveries, and shipment documentation.
Booking business travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, taxi services, and visa applications, ensuring all approvals are in place.
Ordering, receiving, and maintaining office and kitchen supplies, ensuring the studio remains fully stocked and organised.
Supporting the organisation and delivery of internal and external company events and employee engagement activities.
Providing administrative support to the HR team, senior management, and other departments as required.
Building strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and external partners to ensure a high-quality workplace experience.
Supporting a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational activities across the studio.
What we are looking for Essential Previous experience in a Reception, Front of House, Office Administration, Workplace Experience, Facilities, or similar customer-facing administrative role is a plus.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage changing priorities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Desirable Experience coordinating domestic and international business travel.
Experience supporting office events and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience working in an international or corporate environment.
Interest in the games industry and creating an exceptional employee experience.
