Role: Recruitment Specialist Department: HR Location: Sofia, Mladost 4; Business Park Sofia, bl.15, fl. 1 Working Model: Hybrid, 3-days per week in-office (Tuesday-Thursday) Job Summary: This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to work in a unique game development environment. This will be a challenging and varied recruitment role servicing fast-growing AAA games development studios in Bulgaria and the UK as well as our HQ, Publishing and QA services.
This role presents an amazing chance to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with some of the very best in Game Development. Not only will you be able to work closely with the Senior Management and HR at our studios, but you will also work within a passionate and caring HR team here in Sofia.
Please note: We are unable to sponsor a VISA for this position so applicants must have the Right to Work in Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities As a Recruitment Specialist on the team, you will have an overview of the full recruitment life-cycle. You will work closely with the leadership team within the company analyzing current and/or potential staffing needs.
You will identify the most appropriate sources, social media channels and job portals to actively promote the company’s job opportunities and activities. You will be proactive in the recruitment of passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social media outlets. You will join the team in developing collaborative relationships with universities, career centres and other organisations. You will be in the center of tailoring the recruitment process for both internal and external parties, while providing excellent hiring experiences and candidate journeys through your input.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Essential • Proven, proactive resourcing experience – ideally in a related industry • Familiar with recruitment advertising, job boards, social media and application tracking systems • Experience of managing social media, advertising and career events • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and suggest process improvements • Excellent attention to detail • Fluency in English both written and verbal • Proficient in MS Office suite • Confident and effective communicator • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work with minimal supervision Desirable • Experience with game/software development roles • Experience in working with remote teams in varying fields • Interest in and knowledge about Games and the Game development industry WORKING THE SEGA WAY We believe that making the best games relies on having the best people, so we make sure that we look after ours… For our gaming buffs, you can get involved in our lunchtime get gaming sessions in our games lounge and Club SEGA, regular gaming tournaments and free SEGA games on Steam.
