Du wertest Kampagnen aus, behältst die relevanten Marketingzahlen im Blick und übersetzt sie in klare Empfehlungen.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team Lead Marketing und dem Head of Studio zusammen und bringst deine Einschätzung aktiv in Entscheidungen ein.
Bei Auswertungen arbeitest du eng mit dem Content Team zusammen und unterstützt dessen Analysen mit Daten und Kontext.
Du entwickelst unser Kampagnen-Setup weiter, testest neue Ansätze und Kanäle und ziehst daraus belastbare Learnings.
Dein Werdegang Du hast im Performance Marketing schon eigenverantwortlich Kampagnen und Budgets verantwortet, idealerweise im Mobile-Gaming- oder App-Umfeld.
Du kennst die großen Netzwerke aus der Praxis und weißt, wie man Budgets sinnvoll verteilt.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Kampagnendaten und den üblichen Marketing-KPIs.
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit Marketing-Tech-Tools wie AppsFlyer mit.
Du arbeitest selbst organisiert und pragmatisch, triffst Entscheidungen eigenständig und hast Lust, Dinge mit aufzubauen.
