We are looking for an Executive Producer to lead our unannounced AAA extraction shooter for PC and consoles. You will report to our Studio Head and own the game end to end: its plan, its budget, its team and the big calls that take it to launch and beyond.

The role As Executive Producer you own the project. Responsibilities Own the game end to end, from today through launch and live operations.

Monitor key project KPIs and proactively identify risks and issues, proposing actionable solutions.

Work closely with external development partners to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming decisions.

Hire and grow the leaders the project needs, and build a culture of clear ownership and a sustainable pace.

Be the voice of the project to the Studio Head, Sharkmob leadership and Tencent, and secure the decisions and support the game needs.

Requirements 10+ years in game production, including 5+ years as Executive Producer.

Shipped multiple high-quality AAA titles.

Experience owning a project budget and roadmap, and leading large teams together with external partners.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Passion for games and a solid understanding of both creative and technical development processes.

Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Calm under pressure, and able to make clear decisions with incomplete information.

Collaborative, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Fluent English, written and spoken.

Bonus points Experience launching and running live-service games .

Mandarin, written and spoken.

Experience with extraction shooters or other AAA multiplayer and systems-driven games, and you play them yourself.
