Responsibilities Some examples of what we’ll be doing: Multi-platform development Improve performance and stability of our game Implement and adapt rendering features, such as modern lighting techniques, that support our game’s goals for visual fidelity Find, diagnose, understand and fix crashes in low level systems Requirements Experience in C++ and shader programming Understanding of CPU and GPU architecture Experience improving upon and working in a feature-rich game engine You are committed to high technical standards as well as contributing to a good workplace for yourself and the team around you. You work with purpose, and colleagues in other disciplines are appreciative of your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Bonus points It’s great if you also have experience in: Working with Unreal Engine PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X development Modern rendering pipelines (such as DirectX 12/Vulkan) Who we are Sharkmob is a Swedish game developer founded in 2017. We create AAA-quality games for PC and console, using the Unreal Engine to power our ambitions of taking multiplayer games to new heights.
