In this role, you ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Gameplay Engineering, Design, Animation, AI and other disciplines to plan, coordinate and deliver engaging gameplay features. You ll create and maintain roadmaps, manage dependencies and ensure teams are aligned with the game s overall vision and development goals. You have excellent organizational skills and thrive in the dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly. Your weapons of choice are JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Miro.

Desirable skills and knowledge Previous experience as a Producer working with multidisciplinary gameplay teams, ideally on third-person action, RPG or combat-focused games.

Producer or Senior Producer role on 2 or more published PC games with post-launch content or Early Access xp Experience coordinating multidisciplinary gameplay teams across areas such as Gameplay Engineering, Design, Animation, AI and 3Cs, ideally delivering combat systems, character mechanics or other complex gameplay features.

Knowledge of Early Access games, understanding when good is good enough to ship features or tools Experience coordinating complex feature work and dependencies with Leads, Producers and Directors Ability to make pragmatic decisions in fast-paced live environment Experience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Very good active listening skills Very good communicator with ability to interface between multiple teams Proactive mentality with ability to anticipate and solve problems Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities Relevant bachelor s or equivalent experience Role responsibilities Work closely with Leads and help them and their teams, by removing roadblockers and keep them tightly aligned on set goals Coordinate the development and iteration of assigned gameplay teams features, ensuring effective collaboration between Design, Engineering, Animation and AI teams.
