Take ownership of the spaces around you, ensuring kitchens, lounges, meeting rooms, gaming areas, and communal spaces are clean, organised, and inviting.

Proactively spot issues before they become problems and take action to resolve them.

Ensure fridges are stocked, coffee is flowing, supplies are available, and the studio feels cared for.

Support meeting preparations and help keep shared spaces looking their best throughout the day.

Be hands-on when needed. If something has spilled, needs tidying, fixing, moving, or organising, you jump in and make it happen.

Operations Administration Manage deliveries, supplies, merchandise, groceries, and other studio essentials.

Welcome guests and visitors and ensure everyone receives a warm IOI experience.

Coordinate practical studio activities and support colleagues with day-to-day requests.

Handle a wide variety of ad hoc tasks, large and small, that help keep the studio running smoothly.

Events Culture Support the planning and execution of social events, celebrations, team activities, and studio gatherings.

Help bring energy and personality to studio life through decorations, initiatives, and memorable experiences.

Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners, so you always know who to call when something is needed quickly.

Be part of creating the moments that make IOI feel special, from milestone celebrations to spontaneous team activities.
