In your day to day you work as an amplifier for cross team communication collaboration.

Example of responsibilities: Leadership Collaboration Managerial responsibilities (not limited to) hiring onboarding of new employees and long-term career development.

Serve the know-how share best practices: coaching people to make the right decisions across dependencies and to raise concerns and needs.

Collaborate with backend services teams, the game server infrastructure team and other users of the common development platform such as data analytics and anti-cheat to define, scope, and deliver new features and improvements.

Planning and working for sustainability / scalability of team and throughput, including headcount planning and scoping.

Example of responsibilities: Architecture Development Support the design and evolution of robust, scalable systems within backend engineering teams in the organization (e.g. player-progression, matchmaking, etc…) Ensure high performance and reliability by improving monitoring of our fleets Foster best practices in code quality, automated testing, performance profiling, and release reliability.

Lower cognitive load by building tools and automation to make development iterations simpler and faster.
