Your Role As a Senior Technology Consultant , you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, leadership, and digital entertainment , helping our clients build exceptional products while also shaping Dashy as a company. This means: Providing technical leadership to teams across all stages of development, from early prototyping to full-scale production and live operations.

Shaping technical strategy and architecture , ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client goals.

Driving engineering best practices , including code quality, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.

Growing and mentoring teams , fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Balancing multiple responsibilities , delivering high-impact work at our clients while also contributing to Dashy’s growth.

Engaging with stakeholders at all levels , from hands-on engineers to business executives, bridging technical and strategic discussions.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable technology leader with a strong consulting mindset. You likely have: 8+ years of experience in software engineering , with a focus on game or interactive media technologies.

3+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead, Tech Director, or similar), with hands-on experience guiding engineering teams, driving technical strategies, and ensuring timely delivery.

A strong technical foundation , with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Proven experience across the full development lifecycle , from prototyping to production, shipping and live operations of digital products, ideally in games or interactive experiences.

Deep understanding of backend and client-side development , including networking, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.

Experience mentoring and growing engineering teams , fostering a high-performance culture.

A passion for digital entertainment , aligning with our mission to create experiences that matter.
