Key Responsibilities Voxel Art Creative Development Create high-quality voxel characters, creatures, environments, props, and other stylized assets.

Explore distinctive visual styles, proportions, silhouettes, and color palettes.

Develop creative concepts that give characters and environments memorable identities.

Translate early creative ideas into compelling visual explorations and production-ready assets.

Contribute to the development of cohesive visual worlds, original characters, and recognizable artistic styles.

Visual Identity Artistic Quality Establish consistent voxel art principles covering scale, proportions, geometry density, color, materials, and detail.

Ensure characters and assets remain readable, expressive, and appealing from different viewing distances.

Experiment with creative approaches that push voxel aesthetics beyond conventional block-based designs.

Maintain artistic consistency while introducing meaningful visual variety.

Balance simplicity with personality, charm, and storytelling.

Production Collaboration Create optimized voxel assets suitable for real-time game development.

Collaborate with Art Directors, Concept Artists, Environment Artists, and Technical Artists.

Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in game art, voxel art, stylized 3D art, or closely related disciplines.

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-quality voxel art and strong creative design skills.

Excellent understanding of silhouettes, proportions, shape language, color theory, and visual composition.

Strong proficiency in voxel creation tools such as MagicaVoxel, Blockbench, or equivalent software.
