This role sits at the intersection of technology, design, and visual storytelling .

Key Responsibilities Real-Time Experience Development Develop and improve interactive product presentation systems in Unity Implement high-quality transitions, animations, and motion-driven UI Translate visual concepts and motion design into real-time interaction Improve product reveal, comparison, and feature presentation flows Creative Technical Collaboration Work closely with art direction and motion designers Evaluate feasibility of visual ideas and propose technical solutions Align visual ambition with real-time constraints Contribute to overall look feel and experience quality Optimization Integration Optimize performance across different hardware environments Work within an existing Unity project and improve its structure and quality Integrate new features without breaking existing systems Requirements Experience Strong professional experience with Unity Experience building interactive, visually polished real-time applications Background in product visualization, branded experiences, or interactive presentations Technical Skills Strong understanding of animation systems, transitions, and sequencing Experience with Timeline, Cinemachine, or similar tools Solid understanding of performance optimization in real-time environments Ability to work with and improve existing codebases Creative Sensitivity Strong eye for motion, timing, composition, and presentation quality Ability to collaborate with artists and understand visual direction Interest in cinematic presentation and premium digital experiences Communication Good spoken and written English Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment Nice to Have Experience in automotive, luxury product visualization, or interactive installations Technical art knowledge (shaders, lighting, rendering) Experience with touch interfaces and swipe interactions Background in motion-heavy or cinematic UI experiences What We Offer Work on high-end, visually driven real-time experiences Direct collaboration with founders and art direction Fully remote setup Flexible freelance or contract-based engagement Opportunity to influence both technical and visual direction Important We are not looking for a typical gameplay programmer .
