Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced 3D Technical Artist (Mid/Senior level) with a primary focus on Unity3D . Your role will involve developing optimized, visually striking assets, crafting custom shaders, and bridging art with technology. You ll collaborate closely with our Tech Lead, Producers, Supervisors, and world-class clients from gaming and commercial sectors, ensuring technical excellence and artistic quality across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain art pipelines primarily in Unity3D and occasionally in Unreal Engine.

Create custom shaders using Shader Graph, Amplify Shaders, and HLSL.

Implement and optimize assets for Unity s URP, HDRP, and SRP pipelines.

Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Art Directors, Producers, and Supervisors.

Solve technical challenges related to asset integration, lighting, visual effects, and performance.

Track and manage tasks using Jira and Notion.

Stay updated with the latest Unity and real-time rendering technologies.

Clearly communicate technical requirements and solutions to internal teams and external clients.

Provide proactive problem-solving and share best practices within the team.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience as a Technical Artist in the gaming or related industries.

Proficient in Unity3D, specifically Unity 6+, URP, HDRP, and SRP.

Solid experience in shader development (Shader Graph, Amplify Shader Editor).

Familiarity with Blender or comparable 3D software.

Good understanding of real-time optimization techniques and constraints.

Strong visual eye and attention to artistic detail.

Proven experience with task management tools (Jira, Notion).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Bonus Skills

Experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).

Proficiency in Houdini for procedural generation and automation.

Programming/scripting skills (C#, HLSL, Python).

Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, or general art production.

Understanding of physically-based rendering (PBR).
