What you ll do: Database management : Design and implement efficient database structures using SQL Server, optimizing data storage, and retrieval for optimal system performance.

Database operations : Ensure database operations under sustained production load are healthy and performant, supporting both players, designers and fellow developers in their day-to-day activities.

Database observability : Create and maintain alert rules, the SQL metrics exporter, Grafana dashboards, and Extended-Events-based performance diagnostics.

Data pipelines : Operate and evolve the Azure Data Factory pipelines, maintenance, and telemetry events.

Application development : Design and develop backend solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Orleans, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Cloud integration : Utilize Azure services to build and optimize cloud-based backend components, ensuring seamless integration with our applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
