UE Senior/Expert Tech Programmer

Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms.

Currently, we're employing over 200 specialists in our studio in Katowice and we are very open to new talented developers willing to join us.

Anshar Studios is looking for talented Senior/Expert Tech Programmer to join our team on site in Katowice, Poland to help us develop games using Unreal Engine.

If you have a passion for game development and a strong background in Unreal Engine, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Supporting games development on current and next gen consoles.

Implementing advanced systems and tools.

Debugging Unreal Engine and game code.

Implementing certification requirements.

Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.

Refactoring/rewriting the project code to adhere to specific platform needs.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of programming experience.

C++ language proficiency.

Unreal Engine 5 proficiency.

Exceptional debugging and profiling skills.

Strong problem solving skills.

Good understading of game engines internals.

Ability to work in large codebase.

Experience with VCS (preferably Perforce).

Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).

Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

Pluses:

Familiarity with new UE5 core features.

Familiarity with other programming languages (C#, Python, Java, C, Lua).

Perforce Proficiency.

Passion for video games.

Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
