Gameplay Designer
Anshar Studios is seeking a talented Gameplay Designer to join our team (either remotely or on-site) and contribute to our upcoming projects. Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms. Working with Anshar gives you the opportunity to develop your skills, participate in challenging projects, and team up with a bunch of skilled people with a passion for video games.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to core gameplay development.
Taking responsibility for defined areas of game design within the project, while collaborating closely with team members.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
Introducing feedback for general game improvement.
Suggesting features or updates to solve problems and enhance player experience.
Analyzing user testing and recommending design solutions.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Game Designer.
Proven experience in designing and developing core gameplay mechanics and systems.
Ability to create clear, structured, and concise game design documents.
Good understanding of current market and gaming trends.
Practical experience in fine-tuning and balancing gameplay systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver work within agreed deadlines
Experience in Unreal Engine 5.
Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2+/C1 level).
Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).
Pluses:
Experience with UI/ UX designs.
Portfolio or design samples demonstrating your skills.
Salary: 5 850 PLN - 10 450 PLN gross (depending on skills and experience).
