Apply on Frima Studio’s site →What your weeks are going to look like Plan and monitor the project’s major technical initiatives; Collaborate with technical directors, leads, and producers to translate technical directions into realistic production plans that align with the project’s objectives; Analyze risks and propose solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders, to prevent delays and technical issues while maintaining a high standard of quality; Assess the impact of technical decisions on scope, budgets, staffing, schedules, and product quality to support informed decision making; Build a relationship of trust with the partner and act as the primary point of contact within their area of expertise; Participate in project reviews and post mortems to continuously improve processes and deliverables; Ensure partner satisfaction through transparency and rigorous follow up on requests and required adjustments.
Collaborate with technical directors to establish priorities for technical initiatives and ensure their alignment with project objectives; Monitor the project’s technical health, particularly in terms of technical debt, stability, performance, quality, and velocity; Promote the sharing of lessons learned and effective practices with teams and other producers; What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, project management, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent; A minimum of ten, 10, years of relevant project management experience in the video game industry or a similar field; Demonstrated experience on at least one AAA or AA project; Excellent understanding of software development cycles and video game production pipelines; Good understanding of game architectures, game engines, Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines, and related technical constraints; Excellent command of Agile methodologies and project management tools; Excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
