You’ll provide day-to-day support across employee lifecycle processes and Expat Affairs while partnering closely with the HRBP team.
You’ll also have the opportunity to progressively take ownership of HR processes and grow your HRBP capabilities in a dynamic, international environment.
What it means on a daily basis Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, promotions, leave, and HR documentation.
Support Expat Affairs by coordinating documents, appointments, renewals, and administrative arrangements for expatriate employees.
Maintain accurate employee data, HR trackers, records, and reports, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
Respond to employees’ HR-related questions and provide guidance on routine processes, escalating more complex cases when needed.
Work closely with HRBP, TA, C&B, L&D, HRIS, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
Who you would be working with HRBP Lead & Senior HRBP Specialist – your key partners and mentors, supporting you in daily HR operations and helping you progressively develop your HRBP capabilities.
Employees & Managers – providing day-to-day HR support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
TA, C&B, L&D & HRIS teams – coordinating on employee requests and HR processes.
Expatriate employees & external service providers – supporting documentation and administrative requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related HR role.
Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, documentation, and employee services.
Basic knowledge of Vietnam HR practices and employment-related requirements.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel , with the ability to work with trackers, data, filtering, and basic formulas.
Experience with expatriate/immigration administration or in a multinational, technology, or gaming environment.
