Join an established creative game art studio in the heart of Berlin and help organize the creative workflows and asset tracking systems that connect our international clients with our local and remote Artists.

As Junior Project Manager (f/m/d), you will support the planning, coordination, and asset delivery efforts of our client projects. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and our team of Artists, you will help to ensure assets are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take ownership of your own projects.

Pipeline Coordination:  Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, resource plans, schedules, and status reports.

Communication Hub:  Act as a reliable point of contact between our internal/external artists and the client’s development teams, translating client feedback into actionable tasks.

Tasks & Milestone Tracking:  Track project tasks and monitor project timelines, flag potential bottlenecks early, and help to adjust resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Quality & Delivery:  Assist in the delivery process, making sure assets are delivered to clients in the correct formats and according to the agreed specs.

Team Support:  Organize, attend and document project meetings, and maintain clean project documentation.

Improve Tools:  Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.

Learn & Grow:  Collaborate with experienced Project Managers while progressively taking ownership of individual workstreams and projects.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a passion for organization and problem-solving, and enjoys supporting our team of Art specialists to empower them to reach their full potential.

A degree/training in Business, IT, Media, or Computer Science - or equivalent practical hands-on experience.

A true people person: You are highly empathetic, collaborative, and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. You treat everyone with respect and are able to anticipate and resolve friction within the team and with external partners.

Strong organizational, analytical, and self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Fluency in English, German or other languages are a benefit.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is considered an advantage, as well as basic knowledge of common project management tools.
