E-Commerce Specialist

At Nordcurrent, we develop mobile games that bring joy to millions of people worldwide. As an E-commerce Specialist at Nordcurrent, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving business impact. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan offers, create marketing automation campaigns, and analyze data to improve store sales. You will also support the development of new webstore features and other e-commerce growth initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation and email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth;

Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs, using insights to improve results;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives;

Coordinate e-commerce projects that support growth in traffic, sales, and customer engagement;

Manage online activities such as promotions, product launches, A/B testing, and reporting;

Research new digital trends and opportunities to support business growth;

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;

Working experience with marketing automation;

Experience working with email marketing;

Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills;

Knowledge of Analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Super Set, PowerBI;

Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently;

Familiarity with XML, HTML, JSON;

Good knowledge of English language.

Extra Great to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience;

Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers;

Strong knowledge and interest in gaming.

Salary: from 2630€/month (gross) based on experience and competence.
