Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for a proactive and people-oriented specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding;

Coordinate recruitment processes and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives;

Support colleagues’ professional growth and career development;

Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems;

Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and guidance;

Represent Nordcurrent at career fairs and similar events;

Participate in HR projects and help improve internal HR processes and employee experience.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role;

Hands-on recruitment experience and confidence managing hiring processes independently;

Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset;

Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English;

Good understanding of Lithuanian labor law.

Extra Great to Have:

Experience working in an international team;

Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices in other countries;

Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages;

Experience in the IT or gaming industry;

Genuine interest in games and the gaming industry.

Salary:  From 3400 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence.
