Game Designer (Non-Copywriting) – Chinese Martial Arts Project

Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement one or more core modules of the game, including but not limited to numerical systems, skill systems, combat systems, and level design.

2. Ensure game playability, balance, and an excellent user experience.

Requirements: 1. Gaming Enthusiast: 2025 bachelor's degree graduate (any major); candidates with basic programming skills are preferred. Must have a strong interest in game design, extensive game experience, and a passion for traditional Chinese culture. Able to analyze games from both player and designer perspectives and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.

2. Innovation & Logical Thinking: Possess active thinking with strong innovation and logical reasoning skills; capable of proposing feasible game design ideas.

3. Aesthetic & Technical Foundation: Have a good sense of aesthetics, offer reasonable suggestions for UI and interaction design based on user experience, and understand basic programming logic to effectively communicate with the development team regarding technical feasibility.

4. Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and team spirit; able to clearly articulate design ideas and drive project progress.

Bonus Points: 1. Experience with complete game design projects or game development, showcasing design, logic, and innovative skills.

2. Familiarity with industry trends, mainstream game commercialization, and operation strategies.

3. Ability in data analysis to drive design improvements.
