Office Manager

At Easybrain, we create casual games enjoyed by millions worldwide, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager who will create a comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized environment in our Warsaw office. Join us and become part of a place where people enjoy working.

What you'll do:

- Take ownership of the office environment, keeping it organized, functional, and visually appealing;

- Assist colleagues with office-related requests and resolve day-to-day operational issues;

- Support internal events, celebrations, and team activities;

- Help onboard new employees by preparing workplaces and office essentials;

- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

What we're looking for:

- Interest in managing and maintaining office spaces;

- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues;

- Proactive approach to solving day-to-day operational issues and making decisions when needed;

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel;

- Fluent Polish and Russian.

Nice to have:

- Experience in office administration, workplace management, or event coordination;

- Experience managing office supplies, purchases, and budgets.
