LightFury Games is building E-Cricket — a mobile-first, AAA cricket game built on Unreal Engine 5 , with the ambition to create a deeply engaging cricket experience for players globally.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager who can take ownership of major product areas and work closely with Game Design, Engineering, UX, Art, Analytics, and Leadership to turn player needs and business goals into a great game experience.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex product problems, working closely with game teams, and building products where player experience, engagement, and business outcomes all matter.

What You’ll Own Own product strategy and roadmap for key areas of E-Cricket.

Translate player needs, business objectives, and game vision into clear product priorities.

Work closely with Game Design, Engineering, UX, Art, Analytics, and other teams to drive features from concept to launch.

Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.

Use player behaviour, product analytics, research, and feedback to identify opportunities and improve the experience.

Drive prioritisation across competing product, technical, and business requirements.

Partner with game designers and engineers to ensure features are both compelling for players and technically viable.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, progression, monetisation, and overall player experience .

Establish and track meaningful product KPIs and use data to drive decisions.

Take ownership of product experiments, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across teams and leadership.

Help build scalable product processes as the game and organisation grow.

What We’re Looking For 8+ years of product management experience , with strong experience owning consumer-facing digital products.

Experience working on games, gaming platforms, entertainment products, consumer apps, or other highly engaging products is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of player/user behaviour, engagement, retention, progression, and monetisation .

Proven experience taking products/features from 0→1 and/or scaling existing products .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into product decisions.

Excellent understanding of product discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, and roadmap planning.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively with highly cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Strong ownership mindset — you identify problems, build alignment, and drive them through to execution.

For Principal Product Manager For the Principal level, we’re looking for someone who can operate beyond an individual product area and help shape product strategy, systems, and direction across the broader game .

You should be comfortable: Defining product strategy across multiple interconnected areas.

Driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Mentoring and influencing other Product Managers.

Establishing product frameworks, metrics, and decision-making processes.

Working directly with senior leadership on major product and business decisions.

Balancing long-term product vision with immediate execution priorities.
