General Counsel (Legal Head) Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time Immediate Joiners Preferred LightFury Games is looking for an experienced General Counsel to join our leadership team. This is a strategic role for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has hands-on experience with fundraising, due diligence, compliance, and corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all legal matters across the organization.

Support fundraising activities, investor negotiations, and due diligence (DD) processes.

Ensure corporate, regulatory, and statutory compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, employment, vendor, and partnership agreements.

Advise the leadership team on legal risks and business strategy.

Oversee corporate governance, board matters, and company secretarial coordination.

Manage intellectual property, data privacy, employment law, and dispute resolution.

Coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions as needed.

What We're Looking For Qualified lawyer with 12–15+ years of relevant legal experience .

Strong expertise in fundraising, due diligence, corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts .

Experience working with startups, venture-backed companies, or the technology/gaming industry is highly preferred.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently while partnering closely with senior leadership.
