We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team and broaden our UA expertise. You’ll bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and help scale a portfolio of 150+ mobile games, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle titles.

Responsibilities Independently manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ASA, DSPs.

Work with a portfolio of 150+ games using ad-based, hybrid (ads + IAP), and IAP monetization models, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle titles.

Identify growth opportunities and optimize user acquisition through creatives, targeting, and campaign strategies.

Contribute to data analysis and develop hypotheses to scale user acquisition.

Requirements 2+ years of user acquisition experience in the gaming industry.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (a priority) and Meta.

Strong knowledge of attribution and key UA performance metrics.

Strong analytical skills.

English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to Have Experience with Moloco.

Experience working with AI tools.
