Job Overview

We are looking for a Content Operations Manager to support publishing operations for World of Tanks in the Chinese market.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day publishing pipeline — preparing and releasing articles on the game portal, coordinating localisation tasks, and reviewing Chinese-language content before it goes live. You will make hands-on adjustments to existing page code when formatting or layout needs fixing and produce in-game notifications and player-facing texts for regional activities. Throughout, you will keep internal teams and our local publishing partners aligned and ensure region-specific content and events meet cultural and regulatory requirements.

Our ideal candidate is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable juggling several parallel workstreams and switching context without losing track of details.

What will you do?

Drive the preparation and publication of articles on the game portal

Adjust and troubleshoot existing page code (HTML/CSS/JS) to fix formatting issues and implement layout changes

Execute the creation of in-game promotional notifications

Draft simple player-facing texts related to game activities

Review and validate Chinese-language articles prior to publication

Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different time zones

What are we looking for?

Mandarin Chinese proficiency (HSK 5 or above)

Fluent English; Russian a plus

Strong attention to detail

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to edit existing code and troubleshoot issues

Work mode

Remote (from anywhere within Cyprus).

This role isn t eligible for relocation immigration support.

Full-time employment
