As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape the web interfaces and interaction systems supporting the World of Warships product. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, analysts, PMs, and other designers to take concepts from initial sketches through implementation, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual style. You’ll use a data-driven, product-oriented approach to continuously improve features based on user feedback and contribute to clear UI guidelines and design documentation.

What will you do?
Design the web interfaces from a sketch to the final implementation and take control of the interface assembly
Maintain and improve the visual style of the web services
Control the visual quality of the UI at each stage of production: conception, design layouts, implementation
Iteratively improve the design of features in accordance with user feedback and possible changes in the technical requirements of the development
Prepare project documentation: interaction description, UI guidelines, fixing rules and improvements in the user interface system
Interact with other designers, analysts, developers, and QA
Create tasks for the 2D team and UI writers
What are we looking for?
3+ years of working experience
Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design
Data-driven design approach and product-oriented mindset
Experience using analytics, user research, and feedback to drive design decisions
Ability to design scalable UI systems and establish reusable patterns and standards
Excellent knowledge of Figma
Experience working with Jira/Confluence
Advanced level of English and Russian language
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Experience working with AI tools
Basic understanding of layout frontend markup (HTML/CSS), and the use of DevTools to identify differences from the design
Work mode
Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
