Responsibilities:

Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, quality of work, and innovation in daily tasks

Managing the operation of monetization product activities inside the game through the game’s Back Office system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests.

Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations.

Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system.

Work with monetization, economy, R D, and product team.

Work with the QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version.

Daily monitoring of tests.

Handle production incidents in real time, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Maintain availability for urgent issues outside of regular working hours.

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and work quality.

Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.

Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.

Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.

Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

English proficiency, both spoken and written.
