We are working on a genre-defining and charts-ruling hit mobile game and are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Top Eleven team and help us elevate the experience to the next level for our players.
If you enjoy solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to make great games, let’s talk!
THE DIFFERENCE YOU’LL MAKE:
You’ll shape how players experience our game - from the way they navigate and understand its systems to how they interact with individual features
You’ll turn player needs, research, data, and team insights into thoughtful UX solutions that make the game intuitive, engaging, and enjoyable
WHAT YOU LL DO:
Concept, design, wireframe, prototype, iterate, and optimize user flows for Top Eleven
Incorporate iterative user and team feedback into the development process
Create wireframes and prototypes for testing and communicating your interactive design solutions to key stakeholders and teammates
Create an amazing user experience for our players by defining information architecture and visual guidelines
Define and implement standards that help create a consistent, high-quality experience for players
Assist the Marketing team with user testing and incorporate the results into the iterative design process
Work with the User Research team to understand player needs and validate design decisions
Follow the latest design trends, AI-based UX/UR tools, and experiments aimed at discovering innovative solutions
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary game team, working closely with Game Designers, UI Artists, Engineers, User Researchers, Analysts, and other disciplines
You’ll collaborate with the wider UX and Design community at Nordeus, sharing knowledge, exploring new approaches, and continuously improving how we design experiences for our players
WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU:
Have 3+ years of relevant UX design experience
Have previous experience designing user experiences for games, ideally mobile games
Have a background in Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or another related field
Keep up to date with the latest UX trends and major platform interaction guidelines
Can combine research, data, and your understanding of gaming culture to empathize with players and develop solutions tailored to their needs.
Can create and animate prototypes that clearly demonstrate UI interactions
Understand how UX solutions translate into real products, including cross-platform implementation and technical limitations
Are a self-starter with a “get things done” attitude and a focus on working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Love video games and are passionate about game development
WE CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU SO DON’T FORGET TO:
Share your latest portfolio, including at least one project that shows your full UX process- from initial brief to final outcome
Tip: Prioritize showcasing your UX thinking over visual design
Here’s what we’ll be looking at:
Your wireframing process
Iterations and how your ideas evolved
Research, analysis, and any user testing insights that informed your decisions
The final UX outcome (prototypes are a plus)

This is a hybrid, on-site position based in Belgrade.
Our 3+2 hybrid model remains the standard - Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday are optional remote days. While we prefer working together from the office, we also understand that having some alone time or working from home (or some other location) can be beneficial. It’s about what works, not what’s prescribed.
