This entails preliminary research and alignment with local stakeholders and by extension, external partners,  throughout the planning and implementation.

Closely monitor marketing funnel KPIs and fluidly navigate and adapt/readjust on the go, to drive end results, and maintain close alignment with key stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitor offerings Analyze campaign performance and user feedback to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators and volunteers to support community programs and events Job Requirements A bachelor s degree in a marketing or business-related field from top reputable universities will be advantageous Minimum 4 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm or strategic planning functions or marketing related functions Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry s best practice
