Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR role, with a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful programs.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and learning technologies.

Familiarity with talent management concepts such as high-potential identification, individual development plans, and succession planning for high-potential populations.

Proven ability to design and implement diverse learning approaches, including classroom, e-learning, virtual, and blended formats.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Demonstrates a strong AI-driven mindset by proactively exploring and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning design, talent processes, and overall program effectiveness.
