Head of Business Development and Operations, Amazon Gaming

Amazon Luna is looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development leader to build and scale our 3rd-party (3P) games partnerships organization. In this role, you will lead a team of 10–15 - 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience - Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls - Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles within the games or entertainment industry - 5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or large teams - Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-value partnerships or licensing agreements - Deep knowledge of the games publishing ecosystem, including relationships with major publishers and an understanding of game economics and content licensing models
