The Customer Experience and Operations Intern will report to the Manager, Premium Care Programs. You will deliver a summer project focused on improving the premium care experience and operations, from initial test design through final analysis and recommendation. This position requires ability to work onsite out of our Austin, Texas office on a hybrid work model, 3 days a week in-office, Tuesday-Thursday.
Responsibilities: You will design a pilot program to test a new operations improvement within Premium Care You will build and manage a project plan, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and deliverables You will analyze pilot results to understand the impact on customer experience and operational performance You will develop and present a final recommendation that summarizes the results and impact of the pilot.
Qualifications: Required: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027 Experience using data to solve problems Experience planning and managing projects
