EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai is a global team devoted to developing and operating a high-quality mobile football game experience. Role Overview We are looking for a Liver Producer to lead the Live Service direction for FC Mobile.
This role will own the long-term Live strategy and product roadmap, working across Live Operations, Feature, Gameplay, Monetization, Community, and Marketing to create a compelling and sustainable experience for players.
Beyond individual Live Service event design, this role is expected to think at the product level — defining priorities, connecting systems and content, and helping the team continuously evolve the game based on player needs, football moments, and business opportunities.
Responsibilities Own the Live Service strategy and roadmap, defining priorities across engagement, retention, and monetization.
Lead the Live Design team and evolve Live systems and features that support long-term player motivation and a healthy game economy.
Build a strong seasonal and event framework around the real-world football calendar, major tournaments, clubs, players, and football culture.
Connect Gameplay, progression, events, and monetization into a coherent long-term player journey.
Partner closely with Live Operations, Community, Marketing, Analytics, and Development teams to align product priorities and execution.
Use player insights, community feedback, and data to identify opportunities and continuously improve the Live experience.
Balance the needs of different player segments, from casual football fans to highly engaged competitive and paying players.
Support and mentor the Live Design team, improving design quality, product thinking, and decision-making.
Contribute to the overall product direction and priorities of the game beyond the immediate Live roadmap.
Requirements Extensive experience in Live Service / F2P mobile game design, ideally in a senior or lead product/design role.
Strong understanding of long-term retention, progression, game economy, engagement, and monetization.
Proven ability to design and operate interconnected systems rather than isolated features or one-off events.
Strong product judgment and ability to translate player needs and business goals into clear product priorities.
Experience using data and player insights to drive product decisions and iteration.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Passion for football and a strong understanding of football games, football fans, and the global football calendar.
