Work model: you will work hybrid out of our Seoul office (3-days in the office, 2-days from home) Role Overview: Serving as a Lead Product Operations Manager within EA’s Esports team, you will direct the strategy, planning, and execution of EA Sports FC esports products across Korea and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will act as the key liaison for league partners throughout the Asia and MENA regions, driving the expansion of the FC esports ecosystem in close collaboration with internal EA teams and publishing partners.

You will partner with cross-functional groups—including Product Strategy, League Operations, Global Events, Marketing, PR, and Regional Marketing—as well as external stakeholders to optimize program performance and guarantee seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities: Program & Regional Leadership: Lead competitive gaming programs as the regional FC esports lead, working directly with tournament operators, publishing partners, and league partners.

Strategic Execution: Drive the end-to-end planning and delivery of FC Pro initiatives throughout Korea and Southeast Asia.

Partner & Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain ongoing alignment with league and publishing partners regarding roadmaps, strategies, priorities, qualifiers, and competitive goals to translate global strategies into localized regional plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with EA regional marketing teams and publishing partners to create engaging marketing and in-game content that boosts FC Pro viewership and audience interaction.

Event Management & Preparation: Facilitate internal and external alignment meetings to ensure top-tier tournament execution, building strong ties with agencies and execution partners.

Operations & Reporting: Track schedules, progress, and deliverables using productivity tools like Airtable, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Maintain operational trackers, update databases, and prepare executive summaries and presentations.

Team Coordination: Work closely across internal units—including Legal, Esports Brand Marketing, PR, Product Strategy, League Ops, and Global Events—to ensure professional and timely delivery.

Travel: Domestic and international travel as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years of professional experience across esports, gaming, sports, events, or digital entertainment.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and timelines simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English, with a professional approach to cross-team and external partner alignment.

Background in live events, project management, or community programs within a collaborative team setting is a plus.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with industry collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Airtable.

A strong passion for esports, gaming, and interactive entertainment.
