Game Lead - Blitz

This position is Paris based.

TEAM

Blitz is a gaming platform launched in 2021, allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging a unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

The Blitz team developed a unique expertise in product, marketing and payments, to reach 300k Monthly Active Users and $60M annual revenues in 2024. To accelerate this growth, we are looking to launch new products & games to become the undisputed leader of real money gaming in the next few years

ROLE

We’re looking for highly ambitious, versatile profiles to lead the launch of new real money gaming apps. The role will encompass strategy, product management and marketing aspects as you will be responsible for the end to end success of a new Gaming App.

- Defining the vision and value proposition

- Work closely with a designer to determine the user journey and product features

- Work closely with the tech team to deliver those features with the highest level of quality

- Work closely with the growth team to acquire new players

- Monitor closely the performance of the App, and fine tune the experience of the game to maximize engagement and monetization

PROFILE

- Highly driven individual with a mix of product and marketing sensibility

- 3+ years experience in Gaming product or mobile marketing, with a strong analytical mindset

- Experience in using product (Mixpanel, Amplitude) or marketing analytics tools (Adjust, Meta, etc) is a plus

- Strong interest in either gaming, gambling (poker, etc) or skill games (chess, etc)

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to integrate smoothly with team processes and dynamics
