About the role
Sky: Children of the Light is one of the most-played and most-loved games in the world, known for its art, music and emotional depth. This is a rare opportunity to shape Sky's creative presence across three regions: North America, EMEA and LATAM. Working hand in hand with our regional marketing leads, you'll shape how Sky shows up in our marketing across very different cultures, reaching millions of players.
You'll be a creative director and a hands-on maker in equal measure. You'll lead creative concepts from insight through to execution, direct the work of our agency partners and internal teams, and produce work yourself across graphics, video and event assets. Above all, you'll make sure everything feels unmistakably like Sky while resonating locally in each region, holding one global brand together across three culturally distinct regions and their individual markets.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with regional marketing leads across EMEA, LATAM and NA to ensure creative work supports each region’s strategy and delivers against its key moments.
- Lead integrated campaign concepts from insight through execution across all three regions.
- Own Sky's creative direction and quality bar in-region, guiding internal teams and external agency partners and building the standards they all work from.
- Translate Sky's brand positioning into a consistent creative identity that adapts to each region's culture, language and context, in partnership with global brand, global creative and regional marketing.
- Produce high-quality creative yourself across graphics, short-form video, social and event assets, often using in-game footage to create work that is beautiful, effective and efficient to produce.
- Shape creative concepts and briefs for creator agencies, ensuring creator work feels authentic to the talent while remaining unmistakably Sky.
- Present creative work to senior leadership and articulate the thinking behind it.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years in creative roles spanning design, video and social-first content, with a strong, versatile portfolio and the hands-on skills to take work from concept to finished asset yourself.
- Proven experience setting creative vision and raising the quality bar across internal teams and multiple agency partners, ensuring cohesive, on-brand execution.
- A strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to build trusted relationships and present work to senior stakeholders across global brand, global creative, regional marketing and external partners, working across time zones. This is critical to the role.
- Experience creating culturally relevant work across multiple regions or markets, with a feel for what stays global and what must be local.
- Experience producing creative for live events and experiential activations.
- Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple regions, partners and workstreams at once without dropping quality.
- A sharp eye for brand consistency, and a feel for what performs on social and with creators, not just what looks good in isolation.
Nice to have
- Experience creating for games, entertainment, or culturally-driven consumer brands.
- Motion design, or in-game capture and editing skills.
- Experience producing creative for live events and experiential activations.
- Working knowledge of a second language relevant to our regions, such as French or Spanish.
What success looks like in Year 1
- A clear, consistent creative identity applied across NA, EMEA and LATAM, adapted to each region.
- Agency partners and internal teams producing work to a high, on-brand standard under your direction.
- A strong body of creative work that supports major moments and always-on marketing across regions, delivered efficiently and consistently.
We look forward to meeting you!
