The Product team is responsible for driving the strategy and long-term engagement of our games, ensuring our millions of daily active players enjoy a seamless and captivating experience.
As a Product UX Designer, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, UI Designers, and Technical Artists to design and implement top-notch user interfaces and features that balance player satisfaction with product KPIs. In this role, you will also play a key part in scaling our workflow using cutting-edge AI tools and expanding our cross-platform Design System.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business goals, monetization strategies, and feature requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Partner with Product Managers, Game Designers, and UI Designers to define, design, and deliver fun, intuitive, and high-performing features.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, flows, and accurate wireframes, leveraging qualitative data and user metrics to drive product concepts.
- Create visual prototypes to help the team better understand the player’s flow, feature usability, and product mechanics.
- Leverage and experiment with advanced AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototype user flows, generate concepts, and optimize the UX design process.
- Scale, maintain, and evolve our robust Design System, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and seamless component integration across all product features.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and player interviews. Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to uncover player pain points and validate design solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional UX design experience focused on mobile applications, preferably for mobile gaming.
- A true AI enthusiast who stays on top of the constantly evolving AI landscape. Hands-on, practical experience embedding the latest AI tools directly into your daily UX and prototyping workflows is a must.
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems in a product-driven environment.
- Expertise in modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), along with quick sketching and wireframing methods.
- Strong conceptual ideation, design, composition, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight schedules.
- Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry and strong passion for games - a major advantage!
