We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Manager with previous successful experience in games.

FOR WHAT TASKS?

- Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns

- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

- 2+ years in mobile gaming UA

- Experience managing paid traffic profitably

- Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics

- Hands-on work with: Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks. Google Ads, Meta are the main priority.

- Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing

Nice to Have

- Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games (IAA/Hybrid)

- Long LTV projects (180+ day payback)

- Testing and scaling emerging ad networks
